Constant Improvement
Just like you, we’re constantly training to improve existing skills, learn new ones and to effectively teach our new hires. Our Area Coaching Expert (ACE) programs leads our ACE candidates through a rigorous, eight-week course designed to teach the skills they’ll need to effectively train Galls Associates in the DC.
Each week of the eight-week course focuses on learning and practicing a different sets of skills. By the end of the class, our ACE candidates will graduate to become full-fledged ACEs! Galls is proud to have certified ACEs for coaching, training, instructing, peer-mentoring and problem-solving.
